Thermostatic valves allow users to select a favorite temperature and keep it there regardless of changes in the temperature of the hot or cold water supply. It has a sensor that reacts to changes in temperature caused by either pressure or inlet temperature changes. Diverter or volume controls are needed with a thermostatic control
Volume Controls & Diverters
The single handle thermostatic controls (above) sets the temperature. A volume control can be used to turn the water on & control the water volume. One stop valve is needed for each function. Stop valves are available in 1/2" and 3/4".

A diverter with off can be used to turn the water on & control where the water comes out. Diverters are offered in Non-shared and Swivel Port.
